Springfield School District’s Early Education Coordinator, Rachel Hunter, in coordination with Ellen Taetzsch from Building Bright Futures have revived the Same Page Initiative. The program aligns PreK practices with K-5th teaching practices in the scope of language, approach, and curriculum.
In February, they offered a 2-part refresher course for an early literacy curriculum. The series continues in March with a focus on Fountas & Pinnell Literacy.
