Participants will identify what they are inspired to learn more about and how to document their goals within their Individual Professional Development Plan (IPDP). Participants will review the elements of an IPDP, practice how to complete a self- assessment related to the Core Knowledge Areas and create three professional development goals based on this assessment. Participants will also learn how to update their IPDP in their BFIS account.
