Structural Competence and Cultural Humility to Address Disparities and Inequities May 17, 2021
The goal of this training is to increase your awareness of racial, ethnic and class biases. It will focus on structural competency models to advance equity work within early childhood programs. Dr. Avila will offer best practice models to address disparities that disproportionately affect historically underserved communities.
