Providers will be given an overview of the STARS system and will create STARS action plans to prepare for a STARS application renewal or increase. The STARS arenas and specific details about what to submit and how to verify activities that will be counted toward a star level will be reviewed. Providers will determine which points they can apply for, how they will organize their verification materials, and a time line for completing activities and sending them to the STARS office.
