Participants will work together with fellow participants and the instructor on the program self-study process for STARS. Participants should have attended the training for STARS level 2- Self-Study and CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement) plan development, and will have begun the self-study process. Participants should come prepared to use their self-study findings to begin developing a CQI plan. This workshop will be useful for programs applying at all levels of STARS
