The Leadership Learning Series was designed to cultivate a learning peer group to support supervisory professional development. The series has been designed for program directors, administrators and other supervisors of people who are interested in and committed to developing their supervisory skills with guidance, accountability and support.

This series is a 6-month commitment, meeting once per month, to help participants develop their supervisory skills. Each workshop will introduce a topic, and provide cohort with access to practice tips/tools, and opportunity to practice and collaborate with peers and action items to reinforce learning in between sessions. After the first session, each participant will set a supervisory professional development goal and action plan to focus on throughout the program. Each participant will have access to up to two one-hour coaching session for additional support.

In-person locations are TBD Folks will register for the whole series and are able to make the commitment to participate throughout. The 6 month series consists of 6 workshops (the first meeting and sixth meeting are in person, workshops 2-5 are virtual).
