Reflective Practice for Directors and Mentors February 21, 2019
This training will focus on reflective practice as it relates to working with others in the early childhood professional field. The first session will focus on reflective practice as a director or mentor, and the second will focus on guiding and instructing others toward reflective practice.

This training is at the Montpelier CCV, 660 Elm Street in Room 130. This training uses a 2+2+2 training design. There are three parts to this training: 1. A two-hour in-person training session; 2. A two-hour assignment practicing or implementing the training material; and 3. Another two-hour in-person training session focused on reflection and next steps related to the training material. To receive the full 6 training hours you must attend both in-person trainings and complete the independent assignment. Fee: $15 for both in person sessions is payable by credit/debit card only. As per CCV policy, please do not bring children to this training. Class size is limited to 15. Minimum enrollment: 8.
