Why Should Anyone Follow Me? May 29, 2019
Afterschool leaders will take a deep dive into how they lead. Participants will have a deeper understanding of their influence on the culture of their programs. During this workshop participants will explore tools on how to address and manage change they’d like to see in program, develop strategies to empower staff within their programs, and understand how their own mindset impacts their program. Participants will develop strategies that help them stay engaged and promote a positive work culture. Participants will increase their awareness of self and how it impacts others.
