The Art of Observation June 13, 2019
In this workshop, participants will discuss the benefits of child observations in the early childhood setting and ways that observations can be used to support curriculum development, strategies to work with individual children, and gain deeper understanding of a child’s developmental level. Participants will be exposed to a variety of methods used to observe children and practice observing individual children, to improve observations skills and answer the questions, “Why do we observe?” and “How do we use the observation to develop plans.”
