Setting individual goals for oneself is a key way to measure success and progress in whatever area of work one may choose. This interactive workshop will introduce participants to the afterschool core competency areas and walk them through a self-assessment to help gauge their current knowledge and skill-set in this field. From there, participants will identify areas they would like to work on within the 5 competencies and develop goals that will help them increase their proficiency. Participants will walk away from the workshop with a completed IPDP including a self-assessment, 2-3 fully formulated SMART Goals, as well as the resources they will need to help them achieve these goals.
