Early MTSS: Tier 3/4: Systems and Tools to Support Staff and Children with Challenging Behaviors August 13, 2019
This session will help Directors and Lead Teachers plan systems of support for staff members who have challenging behaviors in their classroom including creating space for staff to observe, problem-solve and communicate with one another, with families, with other team members, and with supervisors. Directors will also leave with concrete tools and strategies to support staff in analyzing the message of a behavior and creating an action plan to address challenging behaviors in the classroom.
