Positive Discipline – That Works! September 24, 2019
Teaching children how to behave rather than reinforcing inappropriate choices is the focus of this training. This talk includes: why not use punishment, humorous vignettes illustrating eight management techniques and a discussion of the challenges in implementing the philosophy. Be ready for an energetic workshop on helping children learn appropriate behavior. Participants will: 1) acquire 8 techniques; 2) practice using techniques, 3) demonstrate their understanding of the techniques.
