Healing the Hurt: Trauma-Informed Child Care October 8, 2019
We will discuss the basics of trauma and chronic stress in young children, the importance of the adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) study, and what we can do to build and reinforce protective factors to increase resilience in the children in our care. We will look into challenging behaviors through a trauma lens in order to respond more effectively.

Starting at 6pm there will be a potluck dinner. Please bring a dish to share. There is a $5.00/person fee for non-members.
