Northern Lights Trainer Spotlight: Kristine Reynolds

“I am the founder and Director of the Vermont Center for Resiliency and have been working in the mental health field for over 15 years. I have experience in EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness. It was while working with Veterans in Colorado that I found my niche working with individuals who had experienced major stressors and trauma. In addition to specialization in working with individuals who have experienced complex trauma, I also specialize in the treatment of anxiety, mood disorders, relationship conflicts, and serves children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. I also teach courses as an Adjunct Instructor in the Education and Human Studies Department at Champlain College.

I am an avid runner, enjoy all things outdoors, and have furry, feathered, as well as human members of my family. My first job when I was in high school was making felt out of sheep’s wool.”

Kristine lives in Chittenden County and facilitates Trauma Informed Practice.
