Active Supervision February 28, 2019
This two hour training on active supervision for the early childhood educator will focus on what active supervision is, how the Y programs support active supervision using the specific six strategies in the early childhood setting. This training will go over thorough and specific supervision systems, processes, procedures, and in small break out groups you will talk about plans that must be in place for all routines, and must be designed to maximize and promote consistency in staff best practices. The implementation of redundant systems is essential as these procedures help to ensure children are safe and accounted for at all times.
