The way in which adults interact with the children in their care can significantly affect a child's self-esteem and well-being. This lively workshop will address the following topics: how we are talking to children, the difference between praise and encouragement, how to avoid self-defeating patterns, discipline approaches, and looking at the day in the life of a child.
