Advocacy in Early Education in Vermont January 30, 2020
Participants will identify and discuss critical issues in the field of early education in Vermont based on work the advocacy work with Let's Grow Kids, and our state legislative processes Participants will identify the role of the teacher in advocacy, generate actions to take at school, with families and in the community related to those issues (i.e. write a legislator a postcard, join a LGK action group, visit the state house). Participants will also have the opportunity to explore and navigate the Let's Grow Kids website.
