Are you seeking to reenergize your practice and connect with other early childhood educators? Join Becca Webb for an early childhood book club community of practice offered by Northern Lights at CCV. The first book will be Unpack your Impact: How Two Primary Teachers Ditched Problematic Lessons and Build a Culture-Centered Curriculum by Naomi O’Brien and LaNesha Tabb. This book asks us to examine the “why” behind our teaching practices and to reimagine curriculum in a way that celebrates culture, diversity, and inclusivity. Our book club sessions will use a community of practice format to discuss the reading and explore how it will inform our practice as early childhood educators. This series is FREE and includes a copy of the book in paperback or e-book format.
