Each person who works in the field of early childhood education has an ethical obligation toward children, families, colleagues, and the community and legal and ethical responsibilities. In this session, participants will review the Capstone Head Start Professionals' Code of Conduct and Safeguarding Information policy; apply the Capstone Head Start Professionals' Code of Conduct to a dilemma; and, leave with a working knowledge of how to apply this information in their daily work.
