CACFP guidelines need to be followed carefully. Participants will review and learn how to keep accurate point of service records. They will also review the five components and required portion sizes for meals and snacks.. Adapting to food allergies will be addressed, as well as the differences in family style meals vs unitized service during the pandemic.
