Coping and Regulation for Early Childhood Educators May 31, 2022
: Participants will learn one of the key components of emotional intelligence, self-regulation. They’ll dive into how and when different parts of the brain are active or shut down. The training will outline how to maintain a baseline, regulated central nervous system and ways to hold space for emotions in order to enter into self-regulation. These tools are essential for co-regulating with children and families.
