Creating Positive Program Culture May 29, 2019
This workshop will walk participants through what makes a program culture. How we are with young people, co-workers, families, and other key stakeholders matters. Beyond the written rule what values do we uphold through our actions, words, offerings, and environment? Participants will reflect on their own program culture and define where they want to be. Participants will work through values in practice and develop an action plan to align all aspects of programs with their defined program values. Participants will be able to put program values into action and identify how each program element fits into their defined culture. Participants will define program culture and values.
