Preparing and serving new and local foods can be more fun and less arduous, with a few tools and resources. In this workshop we will explore seasonal produce and ways to prepare it. We will discuss the values behind the food we serve and prefer, as well as share how to properly procure and serve local foods. Participants will: explore seasonal produce and ways to prepare it; explore our food values; learn how to find and properly procure local foods.
