Developing Your IPDP Sylvia Kennedy-Godin October 11, 2018

This training will walk participants through each step of the process for developing an Individual Professional Development Plan. We will use a self-assessment tool to identify what participants already know and where they would like to increase their knowledge, discuss prioritizing areas for learning, learn about creating SMART goals, and utilizing the IPDP format to capture the plan. We will explore and utilize resources available from Northern Lights and will learn about entering an IPDP into a BFIS credential account. This is a closed training for staff of Kinderworks.
