Early MTSS Module 1: Session 1: Building Nurturing and Responsive Relationships. Building nurturing and responsive relationships are more than interactions. Participants will learn why relationships are more complex than interactions, and how repeated similar interactions over time build a meaningful relationship. Interactions that are respectful, responsive and reciprocal create quality relationships that are nurturing and respectful. Learn and practice how building relationships with children, co-workers and families build trust, create a positive working environment and increase parental involvement.
