Engagement and Your Role March 2, 2020
What to do when you don’t know what to do? From the time kids start to pour in to the last parent/guardian picking up it can be a whirlwind. During this interactive 2-hour workshop participants will take a look at the role they can play in during program. Building healthy relationships with young people is key to having a good program. We will develop tools to engage young people, set healthy boundaries and develop quick behavior processing tools. We will also learn about how to engage during transition and free time. Participants will leave with a better understanding of the role they play in program. They will feel more confident and better able to engage with young people throughout program.
