This advanced-level training explores the impacts of culture and temperament on infant and toddler social-emotional development. Participants will explore strategies to support self-regulation for infants and toddlers that consider the child’s developmental stage, temperament, and culture. Participants will practice differentiating between typical and atypical development on the path toward self-regulation and identifying which supports are most appropriate for infants and toddlers with regulatory challenges.
