This 45 hour training includes broad introductory content designed specifically for early childhood professionals related to eight core knowledge areas: child development, families and communities, observing and assessing, how we teach, what we teach, healthy safe environments and nutrition, professionalism, and program organization.

Have ​you ​completed ​(with ​a ​C- ​or ​better) ​a ​college ​course ​that ​covers ​child ​development? ​ ​If ​so, ​check ​with ​your ​Resource ​Advisor ​before ​registering. Participants ​must ​enroll ​in ​the ​entire ​Fundamentals ​series for $75. ​ It ​is ​payable ​by ​credit/debit ​card ​only and you must preregister. As per CCV policy, please do not bring children to this class.
