"Are you a boy or a girl?" This is a common question amongst our littlest friends as they start to associate certain behaviors with a specific gender. In this introductory conversation, we'll start by acknowledging the differences between the two biological sexes, dive into the world of non-binary and fluctuating gender identities of young children, and explore strategies that ensure all children feel included in the space that you lead.
