In this training participants explore effective strategies for maintaining emotional and physical well-being during their workday with young children by using tools that diminish feelings of "burn-out," fatigue, or anxiety. Participants will practice simple and subtle stretches, visualizations, centering breath techniques and identify how to benefit from personal affirmation tools. Participants will learn how to apply these techniques while standing on the playground, sitting in a chair, or on the floor caring for children. Participants will discuss when and how to include children in wellness breaks during the day.
