In this training participants explore effective strategies for maintaining emotional and physical well-being during their workday with young children by using tools that diminish feelings of burn-out, fatigue, or anxiety. Participants will practice simple and subtle stretches, visualizations, centering breath techniques and identify how to benefit from personal affirmation tools. Ideas for quick breathing breaks to balance day-long mask wearing is also discussed. Participants will learn how to apply these techniques while standing on the playground, sitting in a chair, or on the floor caring for children.
