I remember when my day working with children was consumed with putting out fires. No matter how hard I tried to include all of the children in the teaching day, ensure their well-being, and create an environment of fun, harmony, and deep learning - I felt like I fell short. Never enough time to plan; Struggling to create space that children would play in with ease.; Mitigating challenging and sometimes extreme behaviors that left me feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and defeated. I loved working with the community services available to me, but they were not enough. I wanted to feel successful in my work. I wanted to have fun again. I wanted to play with children, and know they were learning what they needed to be learning from me. Then, I met a wonderful and amazing person who showed me a new way of being in the world. As a parent, a teacher, and a program owner/director, and now - as the owner of a training company that strives to provide curriculum and coaching that empowers people so they can empower children. With the information, the tools, and the support I received from Jeanine... My parenting excelled. My classroom flourished. The parents become empowered and engaged in their children's development. The program I was running adapted the system and our program became successful in meeting the needs of most of our children. Chance for Change Institute has adapted this curriculum in our work with teachers, administrators, and programs. STOP struggling to design your environments, adjust your interactions, and choose the perfect curriculum. BECOME the empowerment that children need. YOU ARE worthy of greatness and so are the children you work with. ENROLL in this opportunity today. HONORING OUR CHILDREN: A four day + 10 hours of online community of practice.
