Mindfulness and kindness have become media buzzwords. Guest Sherri Bird will speak on over two decades of mindfulness practiced daily in her early childhood classroom. Learners will reflect on her talk, and writings around mission and philosophy to choose four principles of practical mindfulness to apply in their own classrooms. They will share the goal with a partner for accountability and commit to a date to review their practice.
