Participants will a) examine infancy issues ranging from sleeping patterns to attachment concepts, b) the How and Why of playing with babies, c) have an introduction to brain development research, d) learn about sleep deprivation in children and how it can have serious effects on physical health and mental impairments and e) review the facts about the importance of sleep and how to help children establish and maintain healthy sleep habits.
