Leadership Track: Leading Others March 4, 2019
This four-hour workshop focuses on defining your program culture and leading staff to create and maintain a positive environment for young people. During the workshop participants will explore how their mindset affects staff engagement, setting and communicating expectations for staff, and how to develop and support program staff. Participants will create common language, staff meeting structure, and techniques to develop their “on the ground” staff. Participants will create and implement a plan for communicating staff expectations. Participants will be able to better support staff to uphold the culture of their program.
