The Medication Administration training is designed to help you safely administer medications to young children in your care. You will learn how to: demonstrate procedures for receiving, storing, preparing, administering, and documenting administration of medications; describe and demonstrate what to do for signs and symptoms of an asthma attack and allergic reaction; and describe symptoms of adverse reactions to medication and actions to take when they are observed. This section is a make-up for a cancelled training. Location: CCV Springfield, Howard Dean Center, 307 South Street, Springfield, VT. Room 306 – third floor. Parking: Parking is available either in front of the building, to the left of the high school. Enter through the Tech Center doors (this is the first floor) and follow the hallway all the way to the back of the building. Take the elevator or stairs to the third floor. Or In back of the building (this is the second floor). Enter through the door marked for CCV and the Tech Center, follow the hallway straight forward and take either the elevator or the stairs to the third floor.
