Medication Administration November 5, 2018
The Medication Administration training is designed to help you safely administer medications to young children in your care. You will learn how to: demonstrate procedures for receiving, storing, preparing, administering, and documenting administration of medications; describe and demonstrate what to do for signs and symptoms of an asthma attack and allergic reaction; and describe symptoms of adverse reactions to medication and actions to take when they are observed. Located at the Howard Dean Center, Community College of Vermont (CCV) - Springfield, 307 South Street, Springfield, Vermont 05156. Park in front of the building and enter through the Technical Center/Howard Dean Center and walk to the back of the building. Take stairs or elevator to the 3rd floor for CCV. Look for signs indicating the classroom where the class will take place. There is no fee for this training. As per CCV policy, please do not bring children to this training.
