Never Too Early: Foundations of Early Literacy January 16, 2020
The Never Too Early training is an early literacy training program for childcare providers of children from birth to age six. Through these caregivers, NTE reaches Vermont’s youngest and most needy children, introducing them to books and reading, and preparing them to be ready for school and eager to learn. The NTE: Literacy training provides effective strategies to promote literacy development in children. Providers taking the training earn six hours of professional development credit and are provided a free set of children's books. This training is a Vermont Humanities program.
