Never Too Early, Level II: Social-Emotional Development Through Children’s Literature Deb Norris

This NTE Level II training is for educators who have already completed NTE Level I: Social-Emotional Development Through Children’s Literature. Topics include Self-Regulation, Emotions, Trauma, and Relationships and Belongings in terms of early childhood development. If you have completed Level II of this training, are excited to discuss children’s literature, consider social-emotional development in the context of literature, and share curriculum development ideas with fellow professionals—this training is for you! Participants will meet in two, 1.5-hour Zoom sessions to discuss activities assigned by the instructor with three hours of student work required between the two sessions. Participants will receive a free set of picture books.
