Overcoming Burnout in the Early Childhood Field: Strategies for Change February 11, 2019
This series will allow participants to have a balance of small and large group discussion, self-reflection, and opportunities to hear inspirational stories from the field that will not only fuel them but help them learn strategies for overcoming burnout. Session one focuses on burnout and low-morale. Session two explores leadership structures in three different programs and the value each structure holds for all involved. The third workshop focuses on one of the biggest struggles faced in early education, compassion fatigue, mental health, optimism, attitude and being present. Join us for an uplifting, inspirational, deep dive into morale. The fourth session will look at self-care, wellness sustainability, and self-reflection. We will also explore Appreciative living, and group consultation as a way of communicating as a team.
