Planning Successful Transitions March 1, 2023
Come join us for a fun and hands-on workshop guiding practitioners to examine their program’s current Transition Planning practices while designing new and innovative ideas for engaging families in the transition process. In this training, participants will discuss and practice planning successful transitions from home to preschool, or preschool to kindergarten. Participants will come away with an action plan and a personalized calendar of events created for their families that can be used right away.

This is an Online Real Time training. Participants must have an Internet connection and computer, laptop, mobile device or tablet with a camera, audio, and mic. You will receive an email from Elise prior to the training with a Zoom link. A Zoom link will be sent to the participant's email address one workday prior to the training.
