Teachers will have an opportunity to learn about and create shared norms as a new learning community for the 2019-2020 school year. Teachers will be introduced to the Professional Attribute and Dispositions Assessment (PADA) as well as, the Evaluation of Essential Teacher Behaviors (aligned with NAEYC standards), each will be used quarterly with each teacher to support our professionalism, asses areas of strengths or weaknesses within teaching practice, and to promote accountability to our vision and mission at Turtle Island Children's Center.
