Raising Enduringly Happy Children December 13, 2018
Research is showing what qualities do and don't have an effect on lifelong happiness. The five key components of happiness can be taught to children through our everyday contact. What can we do to help develop authentically happy children? What are the differences between pleasures and gratifications? Where in the daily care of children can we increase gratifications and stop the emphasis pleasures? This presentation may change the way you look at your own happiness and how we teach others to be truly fulfilled.
