This workshop will provide opportunities for small and large group discussion around ways to support social-emotional competence in young children. Following the work of Dr. Daniel Siegel and Dr. Tina Payne Bryson, authors of The Whole-Brain Child, we will review techniques and strategies based on neuroscience to help young children develop self-regulation skills and healthy relationships in the home, child care, and school settings.
