Social-Emotional Learning Through Children’s Literature March 29, 2021
OPEN TO NORTHEAST KINGDOM and LAMOILLE COUNTY This free course will offer research, strategies, and best practices for engaging young children in their own social-emotional development, expression, and regulation through the power of children's literature. Participants will be responsible for picking up free children's books from their local library, viewing a provided PowerPoint and completing corresponding assignments on their own, and will attend two Zoom sessions on April 12, 2021 (intro) and May 8, 2021 (wrap up and conclusion).
