Strengthening Business Practices: Recruiting and Retaining Staff July 17, 2020
This training will strengthen early childhood and afterschool program leaders’ understanding of staff recruitment tools, organizational staff support systems, and elements necessary to support retention of talented staff. Participants will discuss the importance of ongoing feedback and performance management and will explore the critical role program leaders play in retaining talented staff members.
