Strengthening Families Toolbox January 30, 2020
This 17-hour training is based on the Strengthening Families Framework and includes research-informed approaches to increase family strengths, enhance child development, and reduce the likelihood of child abuse and neglect. Topics include valuing and supporting families, facilitating friendships and mutual supports, linking families to services, and responding to early warning signs of abuse and neglect.

Please note, the class on 3/19 is 1 hour longer than the others. Location: CCV in Winooski, 1 Abenaki Way. Parking is available in the Winooski City Parking Garage, one block west from the CCV building, or in metered spots on the street using the kiosk. Please do not park in the CCV Visitor lot or in lots designated for neighboring businesses. Per CCV Policy, please do not bring children to this training.
