Stress, Burnout and Self-Care: A Follow-Up January 29, 2020
This training is a follow-up to the training "Stress, Burnout and Self-Care" that was offered on 8/28/19. You must have attended that first training to attend this one. Participants will continue the discussion of the importance of modeling good physical and emotional health for children and self-care as an expression of professionalism. They will collaborate with colleagues to identify supports and challenges to self-care, including cultural considerations. They will develop the idea of self-care into "caring communities," and they will explore ways to engage families in self-care and caring community practices.
