Parents are allowing child care providers to take care of their most important possession in the world, their child. Without question, there is going to be some conflict between any two people and their ideas about what is appropriate for young children. This workshop helps child care providers work with parents in a supportive tone. This encouraging style allows child care providers to do their job, take great care of kids!
