For as long as I can remember, I have repeatedly experienced anxious thoughts- perseverating on the same ideas. I was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder as an adult. In this workshop session, I will share the tools and strategies I use in and out of the classroom that help me view my anxiety as a strength.

Workshops are taught in a live virtual format in eastern standard time and are not recorded .A workshop beginning at 6:30pm EST would be12:30pm (HST), 2:30pm (AKDT), 3:30pm (PST/Arizona MST), 4:30pm (MST) and 5:30pm (CST) .
